Sibling Link: A Peer Support Group

Sibling link is a peer support group in Brighton, for anyone over 18 with a brother or sister who has struggled with mental illness. Their groups are based in Brighton and meet (sometimes online) on the first Thursday of every month at 7pm.

They have two different groups for adults; one for those caring for/affected by their sibling’s mental ill health, and the other for those (not limited to siblings) who have been bereaved by suicide. The focus of SiblingLink’s groups is talking and listening and creating a safe space where people can meet and share their journeys.

SiblingLink was started by founders Tash and Bex, who supported each other through their own experiences of having brothers who were struggling with mental illness and valued the support of someone else who knew exactly what they were going through.

If you are looking for a peer support group in the Brighton area, you can get in touch with SiblingLink at info@siblinglink.co.uk.
